The Florida Appellate Alliance, P.L.C., focuses on complex civil appellate litigation and representing clients as amicus curiae in state and federal courts. Its ten attorneys include six Florida Bar board-certified appellate specialists, two former appellate chief judges, a past chair of The Florida Bar's 1400-member Appellate Practice Section, and a past general counsel for United States Senator Mel Martinez. All of the firm's attorneys enjoy the highest rating available from Martindale Hubbell, and six have been designated as part of the 2006 Florida Legal Elite, a group of the top 2% of lawyers in Florida according to Florida Trend Magazine's survey of Florida Bar members.
